How do I update my account and contact information?

- On the home screen, you can click on the MY ACCOUNT link at the top left of the page.  Here you will be able to update your account information, your contact information, make changes to your password, or even modify your address book entries or your wish list.

 

Can I change my email address?

- You can change your email address through our MY ACCOUNT link from the home page.  This can be found at the top left of home page.

 

What if I forgot my password?

– Click on the MY ACCOUNT link at the top left of the home screen and you will see the option to change your password.

 

Where and how can I track my order?

- From the home page, click on the MY ACCOUNT link.  You will now see the My Order option for your review.  This is where you can track your order to see exactly when it was sent out by supplier, and the approximate date of reciept.

 

Is my credit card information that I submit really secure?

- At Wine Lover's Essentials, we only employ the highest encryption and authentication tools to protect your data.  Hence the use of the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption on all pages of your ordering process.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

- To make a change or to cancel your order, please send an email to us at contactus@wineloversessentials.com or call us at 888-474-9993 Mon-Fri 9am-4:30pm EST

 

Can I change my shipping address?

- Yes you can update your shipping address at the check out section by unchecking the block that states ‘same as billing address.’  You will then be prompted to enter the shipping address of your choice.

 

Do you offer free shipping?

- Yes we do  – on purchases that are $100 or more.

 

What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases?

- We accept payments made by Visa, Mastercard, and paypal

 

Can I track my package?

- Sure thing!  Once the order has been placed, expect an email with the shipping notification that will be either UPS or FEDEX.

 

Who is responsible for the cost of shipping for a return item?

- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

How long do I have to return an item?

- Please return all items within 30 days from the date of purchase.

 

Can I return a personlized item?

- Sorry, but personlized items cannot be returned.  In the event that your item(s) are damaged upon receipt, please contact us at 888-474-9993, or email us at contactus@wineloversessentials.com.  We will work to have all damaged items replaced to the best of our ability.

 

Can you ship internationally?

- Not at this time. We are currently working on this process so please stay tuned!

 

Can you ship to PO Boxes, APOs and MPOs?

- Sorry, but not at this time.

 

How do I purchase a gift certificate for a friend/family member?

- Click on the MY ACCOUNT tab at the top left of the home screen.  Click on the tab that says ‘purchase a gift certificate”  Enter the amount you wish to pay then pay it in the chekout.  Be sure to fill out the recipient’s name and email address on the form as well as the message if any for the recipient.
